A word from the President

KRATOS SAFETY was born from the synergy between a small team of specialists based near Lyon, experts in the European market, and a large, fully integrated factory in India. This synergy was built on strong, shared values and clear, realistic objectives that have enabled us to grow steadily.
We operate in a very specific field: securing work at height. This obviously involves situations of real danger, but with an exposure to risk that must be assessed and measured in order to find and implement suitable, accepted protective solutions. It is therefore natural that our strongest values are a commitment to safety and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. We are demanding, because workers' lives tolerate no approximation and no amateurism!
We are involved in standardisation committees and professional associations, and we carry out ongoing legislative and regulatory monitoring. Our industrial resources and R&D expertise allow us to create and innovate in order to broaden our specialist range, meeting the specific features and requirements of the market. Our sales teams are experienced and trained: they are available in the field, by telephone, on the website chat and by email, and they know how to listen and answer their customers' highly technical and specific questions. A customer is never left without an answer. Honouring our commitments is another strong value, one that builds the trust on which our development relies.
Finally, all these skills can only be expressed when the solutions offered are in stock! The availability of our products is a key point. The current macroeconomic and geopolitical context brings instability, which requires greater anticipation on our part.

ECOVADIS

This year, KRATOS SAFETY underwent its first EcoVadis assessment, the reference platform for evaluating corporate social responsibility. This first assessment resulted in the "Committed" level, the initial tier of the scheme. It made it possible to objectively document existing environmental, social and ethical practices and to identify the priority areas for improvement in the coming months.

This first score is a starting point for KRATOS SAFETY, whose ambition is to improve this assessment over the coming years, with the goal of reaching a higher level in the medium term. This approach follows on from the company's long-standing commitment to safety, now extended to all of its organisational practices.

KRATOS SAFETY, a KS GROUP company

Thanks to its integration into KS Group, KRATOS SAFETY benefits from a standardised, certified working method with its main supplier, KARAM. Numerous checks are carried out in order to meet the conditions for compliance with the standards:
• ISO 9001:2015
• ISO 14001
• ISO 45001:2018
KRATOS SAFETY also holds numerous memberships and certifications that ensure a recognised quality of products and processes.
From 216 references and 8 families in 2011 to 800 products across 15 families in 2026, KRATOS SAFETY offers more products to better address everyone's needs according to the comfort and working situation required.

A team of professionals growing every year

KRATOS SAFETY is growing stronger in order to provide innovation more relevant to your challenges, better on-site support to advise on users' needs, and an accessible offering so that everyone can work safely. In 2026, there are now 45 of us to meet you, as well as in the warehouse and the office. In 2011, KRATOS SAFETY consisted of just a team of 3 enthusiasts, convinced they could bring more protection for all.

Values and commitments

Life, People and Work

The first commitment set out in our quality documents and communicated to the company's new employees as well as to interested parties is to value human life at work. Life, People and Work are therefore, in essence, the 3 pillars on which we build our actions.

Life

Life intrinsically brings us back to our environment, with which we exchange matter and energy. It is the interactions and exchanges with what makes up our environment that give value to our existence.
We then understand that our actions must be to create and to secure. These actions are long-term, must be guided by values, respect in particular, must take differences into account, and must inspire trust.

People

KRATOS SAFETY ensures that every level of Maslow's pyramid is taken into account in order to address the question of employee well-being in their contribution to the company's development project.

Securing and respecting the people involved in this project means ensuring the success of its development and its long-term sustainability: shared values, acceptance of differences, high standards, trust, availability, recognition.

Work

KRATOS SAFETY designs, innovates and manufactures in compliance with regulatory and standards requirements.

It is essential that this specialist offering, deployed within a quality system, can earn the full trust of its customers and remains available to their requests.

But this creation of value benefits other stakeholders and, in that respect, must be recognised and be built to last.
