What is the KRATOS SAFETY Training Center?
When people's lives are at stake, train yourself to prevent risks and ensure the safety of people at work.
KSTC offers a catalogue of modular training courses tailored to the profile of each of our customers and partners, in order to respond effectively to their questions and requests.
Supporting partner distributors in understanding and using our range, training technicians in the inspection or maintenance of our products, enabling installers to excel in setting up our systems and in producing the associated technical file, teaching operators how to manage a safe evacuation as simply as possible, or building a bespoke training course tailored to your employees' needs. We offer a wide diversity of training adapted to the variety of needs. Our KSTC technical platform provides an exceptional space for role-play scenarios that closely reflect the reality of working at height. 4 training rooms around a lovely kitchen and relaxation area. So that training is a friendly moment, rich in experience and exchange.

For each training course:
We will study with you the learning objectives (prerequisites, profiles, and what you will be able to do after the training) as well as the training programme (duration, location, training plan, and assessment methods). We will also provide you with the training documents on a medium of your choice, along with an individualised training certificate. Our courses are run with small groups, allowing for effective and pleasant theoretical and practical learning for the participants.

Certification and membership of the KRATOS SAFETY TRAINING CENTER
KSTC is regularly audited by various bodies in order to guarantee the quality of the learning and of the courses provided:
Qualiopi
Qualiopi is the certification awarded to training organisations in France that offer quality learning and apply defined, clear and regular processes.
KRATOS SAFETY is Qualiopi-certified. When your teams take one of our training courses in awareness, inspection, maintenance, or product use, funding may be available for eligible individuals.
SYFFORHA
The French Union for Height Training (Syndicat Français pour la Formation en Hauteur), founded in 2009, aims to certify work-at-height training courses and to certify those of quality. Unlike QUALIOPI, which deals mainly with processes, SYFFORHA awards its certification to work-at-height training centres that provide quality training to their trainees.
Rental of the training space
KSTC is a training venue available for rental. This welcoming venue has several training rooms, a catering area and a technical platform enabling trainers to devise a great many different teaching scenarios. Mainly geared towards the work-at-height sector, our training venue can also be made available for all types of training focused on safety, risk management and well-being at work.
